Your club's TRF fund could be receiving one dollar from each visiting Rotarian.
For example, in your own district, for only 100 make-ups per day,
using the PASSPORT,
The Rotary Foundation would receive $25,000 ( 100 x 5-days x 50 weeks).

Your club's TRF committee should be responsible for PASSPORT activity.

1. STAMPS, Self-Stick Paper  Use personal computer to design and print.
Advantages are multi-color, easy storage, low cost.
Avery label #5353 sheets 8-1/2 x 11.
Print 20 labels per page, 4 across, 5 down. Cut 1-3/4 wide, 2 inch  high.
Supply 5 sheets, 100 labels, to each club.

Help available to design file for printing stamp or card.

2. Collection Cup  Each club use a plastic or paper cup
with a label  "PASSPORT Dollars for The Rotary Foundation ".
Keep cup on check-in table each week for easy access
and as a reminder to visiting Rotarians.
Leave a dollar in the cup to visually demonstrate the purpose.
In May and November, after the club collects PASSPORT dollars,
send a check payable to The Rotary Foundation
with the regular contribution form RF3-123.
On the CONTRIBUTION section,  write the check amount
on the Designation section,
1.Annual Programs Fund (eligible for district SHARE credit).
Next to the dollar amount, write: "Passport To Fellowship".
Include YOUR club name, number, and district.
Available credit will show on the semiannual report each club receives
from The Rotary Foundation.
To use these credits, for Paul Harris recognition or etc,
just transfer from club credits.

3. SAMPLE SCRIPT for the person who announces visiting Rotarians
during the weekly meeting.
          After calling all the names (hold up a PASSPORT) say:

Rotarians, bring your Rotary Passport to every Rotary meeting.
Show us the Rotary places you have visited
and the stamps/cards you have collected.
With or without the PASSPORT, please put one dollar
in the PASSPORT cup, located on the check-in table.
All PASSPORT dollars go to The Rotary Foundation.


DG Leo "Pete" Cypher supplied a "PASSPORT" for every Rotarian in
District 6960
.
Each club received a CUP for collecting the Passport dollars
and a self inking rubber STAMP.

District Governors can supply a PASSPORT to every member in their district.
NO money up-front, just distribute and request donation to TRF


1 to 24 copies are $5 each .. 25 or more are $4 each
With order, send check payable to The Rotary Foundation

PASSPORT is easy to carry and shows 52 stamps/cards
Each visit provides $1.00 to The Rotary Foundation .

Suppliers receive most of the money from mini-exchange banners.
